professional. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency care.
Vakaa is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare
provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard
professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have seen in
this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency
services immediately.
2. No monitoring claims
The app records user-entered or user-authorized data. It is not a glucose monitor, meter,
or medical device that measures blood sugar on its own.
3. Accuracy of entered data
Users are responsible for checking the values, units, timestamps, and notes they enter or
import. Reports and trends depend on the underlying recorded data.
4. Availability
The website and app may change over time. Vakaa aims to keep existing data readable and
accessible even when premium access states or future features change.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
If Vakaa offers premium features, pricing and subscription handling follow the App Store
purchase flow presented to the user inside the app.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful
components, or that any data displayed — including trends, statistics, and reports — will
be accurate or complete. You acknowledge that the app depends on data you enter or
authorize for import, and that outputs reflect that input.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vakaa and its developer shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any
loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with
your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or
related to the Service exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months
preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such
